Penthouse in St Paul's Bay.

This exquisitely newly renovated Penthouse is perfect for individuals who love the idea of living within a stone's throw from the beach. The location is superb. It's only a 2-min walk to the beach, close to bus stations, utilities, and to St Paul's Bay/Bugibba Promenade. The huge terrace tops off this penthouse. It is beautifully finished with a retro twist and commands lovely distant sea views from living area+bedroom. This description is based on some of the reviews left from previous guests.

Within the narrow alleys of the old town of Victoria in Gozo is this 500+ year old house with private outdoor courtyard. All the amenities of the town (shops, restaurants/bars , supermarkets) are close by or only a short walk away. The alleys are traffic free and are therefore quiet and peaceful. The main bus terminus for the island is a 10 minute walk away. Victoria is at the centre of the island so it is easy to explore everywhere from here. Fully licenced by the Malta Tourism Authority (MTA).

Jasmine Studio is a 1st floor studio room of our family guest house. It has an independent entrance (shared with one other guest room) up one flight of stairs from the garden and pool. We are close to Balluta Bay and all the restaurants and night life of St Julian's. You can run, walk and swim from the 5km coastal promenade. The whole island can be accessed with local bus links or a hire car to explore the northern beaches and cliff walks. You'll enjoy your stay in Malta, summer or winter!
