Take a verandah seat to watch the morning mist quietly rise. Observe the abundant wildlife who are happy to call Oro home, or be intoxicated by the afternoon ‘golden hour’. Oro, a place of provision, unfolding beauty, rest and refreshment.

Set on 4 acres, nestling in the peaceful Baranduda Range, with stunning views across the Kiewa Valley to the hills beyond, our Wee Bothy (Scottish word for cottage) offers a cosy and welcoming stay for a couple/family in a renovated former gallery. Pet-friendly, backing onto forest trails, and near Albury/Wodonga with its shops, restaurants and cinemas, as well as historical Yackandandah and Beechworth, it's a must for those who love to walk, run, bike, ski or simply explore or relax - like us!

Within 10 minutes to the tourist town of Bright, and in close proximity to Falls Creek and Mt Hotham, only a short 45 minute drive away for hiking & skiing. Horse stays are also an option, with trail riding close by!

Everything you need for a relaxing weekend away from life's hustle and bustle! We have gas stove and heating and the shower is run with a solar powered gas heating system . We have 3 fully self contained log cabins situated on our working farm nestled among established pawlonia trees. Each accommodates up to 4 people. The cabins overlook our picturesque property, with access to the High Country Rail Trail, which can be viewed from the cabin verandas. Our farm animals graze around the cabins, and guests are welcome to explore our farm.
