Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway at the end of the road at the top of Pelorus Sound. Whether it's fishing off the wharf, swimming in the crystal clear water or relaxing on the deck overlooking the bay, Bulwer has it all! Accessible by road or boat. There is a mooring (boat parking) available for boats up to 6 metres, and easy flat parking on site. This is the perfect place to switch off and unwind. Hotel quality linen and towels ensure a comfortable and restful getaway.

Beach and bush walk bliss in Elaine Bay. Relish a peaceful and spacious escape far from the busyness of town. Enjoy kayaks (2 kids, 2 adults) and beaches in the summertime as you lounge in the sun on the deck. Or cozy up in front of the roaring log burner in the winter with a book or a board game, enjoying the still crisp days in the spa pool with endless views. Elaine Bay is the gateway for fishing and boating in the Pelorus Sound, with a launching ramp, and a mooring available.

Welcome to your paradise by the beach! Our self-contained Beach Cabin is nestled above idyllic Waikawa Bay, offering the best sea views on the entire property. This rustic, cosy retreat is your perfect home away from home, just a 10-minute drive from Picton. Wake up to birdsong and enjoy your morning coffee from your private outdoor seating area, overlooking the stunning bay. The cabin is surrounded by native bush, creating a peaceful base for exploring the Marlborough Sounds.

Positioned at the end of the point in the middle of the bay you feel surrounded by sea views. A steep meandering path leads to the sea where swimming or the kayaks allow you to explore the bay. Come with all the provisions you need as you'll not want to leave once here, even if it's merely a 20 minute scenic drive to town

Sleep beside the sea in this “can’t get any closer to the water” guest suite. Queen bed plus occasional seating. There are no cooking facilities - just tea and coffee included. The views are sensational of Waikawa Bay .Enjoy the local sealife from the deck- resident rays seals fish and even the occasional dolphin. Great spot for a sunset bevy and taking a swim from. Totally pet friendly. Use of a double kayak and life jackets available to guests.

Stunning views over to the village of Havelock and beyond to the breathtaking Pelorus Sounds and decorated with a stylish Pacific vibe. Watch the boats come and go from the marina and relax on the deck or balcony. The water is tidal so at high tide the water laps at the property boundary. At low tide there are expansive mud flats. The view is constantly changing with lots of bird life. It is north west facing so we get the most beautiful sunsets.
