It concerns the middle part of the villa, with a large sitting room with semi-open kitchen and access to the terrace. Furthermore, a hall with toilet and a separate utility room. Upstairs three bedrooms and a bathroom. Only for quiet people who want to come for a minimum of 5 days.

Because the villa is used as an office during business hours, the beautiful bedroom with a queen-size bed and large ensuite bathroom, modern kitchen-diner, and terrace with a veranda are offered as an Airbnb on weekends and holidays. The second floor features a living room with a smart TV, two bedrooms with double beds, two showers, toilets, and a kitchenette. A crib is also available.
