Old Burford Cottage is the largest 2 bed on the High Street. The cottage was originally two cottages, but we have lovingly converted into one spacious cottage for upto 4 people. A beautiful cottage built in the region of 1840 to accompany The George Inn. Situated 10 yards off the famous Burford High Street, it is peacefully quiet and has been refurbished to an immaculate standard, whilst keeping tradition. The location is possibly the best in Burford, it’s genuinely amazing …location, location!

Our one bedroom ground floor apartment renovated to a very high spec, is set in the beautiful village of Shipton-Under-Wychwood in the heart of The Cotswolds. This is a homely space in which you can spend time relaxing or enjoying the charm of The Cotswolds and surrounding areas, be it walking, hiking or touring. We are 4 mins from Burford, 9 mins from Clarkson’s Diddly Squat and 15 mins from The Farmer’s Dog. We are lucky to have 3 pubs all in walking distance and a local Post Office/shop.

We live in a lovely old cottage in the heart of Eastleach a quintessential Cotswold village. There are beautiful footpaths and cycle routes from the front door and a superb pub, The Victoria Inn a 3 min walk away. Most, if not all the Cotswolds most sough after pubs restaurants, and tourist attractions are very close by. Inc Bibury, Burford, Broadway, Bourton on the Water, Lechlade and Cirencester. We are perfectly located if you are attending a wedding at Cripps, Stone or Oxleaze Barn.

We can accommodate up to 3 adults and 1 baby in a travel cot. We are also dog friendly!

Rectory Farm Camp

New for November 23’ This is the third edition of our ever popular Rectory Camp with much modernisation and upgrades. Tucked away in the heart of the Cotswolds on our family farm the Camp is a truly unique, purpose built cabin,situated within a secluded & idyllic south-facing meadow. It sleeps 2 adults & 1-2 small children, or 3 adults, with one double bed and a single size sofa bed. Also it has an eco wood fired hot tub (available at extra cost)

The Bothy, with a natural swimming pool

The Bothy is a totally unique and charming studio apartment, set in the rafters of a barn on our farm. You can swim in the natural swimming pool on your doorstep. There are fields beyond for walking or cycling. It's a wonderful, peaceful setting for those who want to get some calm space. Fresh air in the summer, cosy rural retreat in the winter. It can also be used as an extra double annex to our other holiday let, the Luxury Barn on AirB&B.

Escape to The Dacha, a luxury countryside retreat for two in Asthall. Unwind in your private garden with fire pit and covered verandah, then enjoy evening hot tub access (6–10pm) in a secluded courtyard just across the driveway. Stroll to the Three Horseshoes or Jeremy Clarkson’s Farmer’s Dog nearby. Ideally located for exploring the Cotswolds, Diddly Squat Farm, Daylesford, Bicester Village and Blenheim Palace. High-speed WiFi included.

Perfect Cotswolds cottage for two!

Hide away in our lovely private cottage in Little Barrington! Though recently renovated, the cottage contains many original features and enjoys wonderful countryside views from a surprisingly large garden. If you can tear yourself away from the cottage, there are wonderful walks from the door and an excellent traditional pub in the village. We live 20 minutes away so can easily be on hand if needed, but otherwise its all yours!

The guest house is a newly converted, beautiful stone cottage, with an open plan living space, fully stocked kitchen and king bed or twin beds with ensuite bathroom. There are wonderful walks and cycling right on our doorstep.
