Retro Revivalist Apartment with Balcony

Step into the past amid modern luxury in this apartment set in a revitalized old building from 1895. The residence features wood flooring and decor, touches of color amid neutral tones, a slight mid-century modern aesthetic, and an outdoor lounge space. In our luxurious apartment at the Federal Administrative Court you live in the heart of Leipzig. The apartment is the ideal apartment for singles or couples. It is an elaborately renovated old building with a luxurious ambience. The 50 square meter apartment combines the nostalgia of the old town house with modern living comfort. Real wood parquet and high ceilings with indirect light as well as the matching modern furnishing details provide a very individual atmosphere. All pictures were shot by us and mostly reflect our Greece trips. The apartment has TV and radio; High-speed Internet via Wi-Fi is included in the rental rates. Of course you will find towels and a hair dryer in the modern bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped with high quality appliances (Villeroy & Boch, WMF, etc.). parking: The side street offers free parking. There is a private parking for 15 euros per night. komplett complete The apartment is located in the heart of Leipzig's city center. The renowned street, "Karli" is within walking distance of the building as well as the Johanna and Clara-Zetkin Parks. There are two stops right outside the front door and the city center is just a road crossing away. Perfect location for all concerns. Parking is possible in the side street, where almost always a place is available. Despite the good connection, the apartment is very quiet, as the windows go to the courtyard. Please wash dishes before leaving and throw garbage into the garbage containers in the courtyard.

Dream apartment in prime Location!

If you are going to spend a few days in Weimar, you will love this big and bright apartment. The windows look out to the south. The whole apartment is fresh, maintained and well equipped only for you and your family or friends. You can feel like home. For arriving by car there is good parking in front of the house and the city center can be reached within a five minute walk. The neighboring house was once the home of the painter Alfred Ahner. The most popular bar „Zum Falken“ in Weimar ist very close. There are good bands and other events organized by students. It's a lively scene. When you enter the apartment, you can enjoy and feel well. You will love the high quality sound system or play on the piano. Put you clothes in the chest of drawer or use the hallway as a walk-in wardrobe. There are also many board games. The well equipped kitchen is ideal for cooking. Everything important is present and there is a large selection of spices. Do you like coffe or tea - no problem, it's all inklusive. In the white and bright bathroom are fresh bath towels and soap. The 1-room apartment was recently renovated to a high standard and has a kitchen, a bathroom, a spacious living/dining area with 160x200cm queen-size bed, dining/desk, cozy lounger for relaxing, which can be converted into a sleeping area if required, fast WiFi and opaque curtains & mirrored windows. It is also centrally located in the popular Südvorstadt district, with the KarLi just around the corner. Nevertheless, it is comparatively quiet.

Unsere kleinen Ferienwohnungen inmitten der Altstadt sind erst vor kurzen fertig geworden, sie verfügen über eine eigene kleine Küche, neu gemachte Bäder und einen tollen Schlafraum. Die Lage ist perfekt für einen wunderschönen Spaziergang in der Innenstadt. Der Flur brauch noch ein wenig Zuwendung „Wer also frei nach dem Motto ich schlafe, ja nicht im Flur lebt“, kann ein tolles Zimmer für einen guten Preis inmitten von Erfurt buchen.

Unsere Wohnung befindet sich im Erdgeschoss eines Mehrfamilienhauses in einem ruhigen Wohnviertel von Halle. In 20 Gehminuten oder knapp 10 Minuten mit der Straßenbahn ist man im Stadtzentrum, zu Fuß hat man es nur 5 Minuten bis zu den Parks an der Saale. Zahlreiche Museen und Galerien sind bequem zu erreichen, Die Wohnung ist gemütlich und individuell eingerichtet, dabei nicht vollgestellt. Bis 5 Personen können wir beherbergen.
