Lighthouse Lodge Dog Friendly Nr Sutton on Sea

Our beautiful Lighthouse Lodge is situated on our peaceful and stunning Tall Pines Park, located in serene woodland in the Lincolnshire coastal countryside. We are close to the amazing and often deserted, dog friendly beaches of Huttoft, Sandilands and Moggs Eye, also close to the villages of Sutton on sea, Alford and Anderby Creek. WE ARE OPEN ALL YEAR ROUND. There is a fabulous local pub that serves outstanding meals at very reasonable prices only 1 Mile away . Its only a 15 minute drive to Skegness and Ingoldmells and Louth and 10 minutes to the historical town of Alford. Doggies are very welcome, there are lots of dog walking trails on site in our own private woodland, and we are very close to dog friendly beaches. All bedding and towels are included, with beds made up....all ready for you to enjoy your break. Boasting 3 bedrooms, one double master bedroom, and 2 rooms both with 2 singles beds (4 singles in total). There is a toilet and sink and a separate toilet and shower room, perfect for 6 guests. The property has its own fenced garden for your doggies and children. Plenty of space for socialising in the lounge/kitchen area and the outside balcony and seating area. Everything about this accommodation has been well thought through to create a relaxed and luxurious feeling. As a self-catering accommodation, you'll find everything you need for a perfect stay. The kitchen has a fridge, a hob, an oven, a kettle, a freezer and a microwave. Glamping Bus

Situated in a small woodland on a small local village farm, offering privacy and peaceful surroundings: This Bus is still road worthy and drivable. It’s kitted with the necessary amenities and has a fixed double bed with a U shaped seating area which converts into another double. There’s a foldable dining table that can be placed in the seating area or outside. Outside there is a lorry tyre table and a bbq fire pit and seating. The area has many eating options & Skegness is 30mins away.

Caravan by the beach

The caravan is in a quiet location 100 meters from the beach. There is WIFI in the caravan. In the living room you are welcome to use free view, Netflix, PlayStation 3, Nintendo Wii, DVD Player. There is a dining arena with a table seating 4, and a well equipt kitchen area. Our caravan has 2 bedrooms. A master bedroom with lots off warderobe space and a twin room with 2 beds that can be made into a small double if needed. There is a shower room and toilet. Beddig is provided.

Dennis, our 70s Fire Engine

Welcome to Dennis, our 1970s converted Fire Engine. All our units here at The Layby Lincs have a king size bed, AC for hot and cold, an outdoor covered kitchen area, a private bathroom cabin and your own wood fired hot tub. We are closer to a luxury holiday cottage than we are to camping. Dennis has an 3ft stock fenced garden for supervised off lead time with your furry friends. Tank - Samaritan

Our Samaritan tank is an ex military vehicle that has been converted into a glamping pod to sleep 2 people. Other accommodation is available to book in conjunction if there are more than 2 people in the party. Pets welcome at a charge of £20 per pet, please note that pets may need to be lifted into the accommodation.
