Oak flooring. A five bar gate leads to gravelled parking and a pretty ornate archway leads to a totally private enclosed garden.

Self contained annexe with minimal cooking facilities - downstairs open plan kitchenette with microwave and hob, lounge area (smart TV), dining area. Upstairs in master bedroom king size bed, (smart TV) sloping attic roof - separate shower room with toilet and wash handbasin. Second bedroom (request booking please) single bed, sloping roof. Outside toilet and fridge if required. Welcome pack for your first breakfast. Kitchen facilities suitable for breakfast and light lunches.

Escape to the countryside and enjoy some “peace & quiet” at the converted (2023) Bluebell Cottage at Grange Farm, Woodhall Spa. Cosy up and enjoy the open plan living area with smart TV or enjoy the freedom of nature, forests and walks surrounding the farm yard. This is a working farm, with cattle grazing in the fields from April - October . Woodhall Spa is just a 5 minute drive away, where you can enjoy an abundance of independent shops, and the award winning golf course

‘Little Barn’ at Spring Farm

Great Carlton is approximately a 15 min drive to the market town of Louth and within 20 mins of the coast. The area is rural with plenty of walks and cycle routes to enjoy. There is a local Co-op shop 2 miles away which is open until 10 pm. There is a village hall and a country church within Great Carlton but generally it is nice and quiet. The accommodation is set within a lovely cutting flower garden and above my flower workshop and I am very happy for you to enjoy the garden.
