Das dazugehörige, ebenerdig erreichbare Kellerabteil steht zur freien Verfügung und kann z.B. zum verstauen von Rädern/Skiern usw. oder zum laden von E-Bikes genutzt werden. Eine E-Tankstelle mit 2 Stellplätzen ist ca. 5 min. fußläufig entfernt.

The mansion offers a south-side balcony and an impressive panoramic view across Merano and the Valle d'adige. Despite the Villa being located on the hill, it takes only 15 minutes by foot to get to the center of Merano.

Am Fuße von Schloss Tirol, vor den Toren Merans liegt unser Bauernhof inmitten der eigenen Weinberge. In kürzester Zeit sind der Tappeinerweg, der Waalweg, aber auch die Altstadt von Meran erreichbar. Erstmals urkundlich erwähnt scheint der Hof im Jahre 1323 auf. Ein mächtiges Rundbogengewölbe und eiserne Türen zeugen noch heute von der damaligen Zeit.
