Guests do not have access to common spaces inside, so under Airbnb's new rules, it is not defined as a private space. This is a private queen bedroom & 3/4 bathroom. Access is from a secure, private parking space behind a locked gate with keybox & remote control. Access to your private space is through a separate door with keyless entry. You will also have exclusive use of an outdoor area with a patio table, chairs, propane barbecue & fire pit. Check-in time is 5 p.m. Check-out time is noon.

Enjoy Seattle while staying in our private guests suite! We are the main residence of the property and are excited to host you in our newly furnished guest space while you explore the city. Just 10 minutes from downtown and 15 minutes from the airport. Great location! Whether you are traveling for business or vacation, our private guest space has all you need to recharge and relax.
