This amazing, newly renovated cabin, is peaceful, refreshing and nestled into a quiet wooded area. Fully stocked with all the amenities you might need. Enjoy an evening at the fire pit, dinner on the deck under the moon light and settle into the hot tub with a night cap. Near by attractions are a short distance away. These interests include Linville Caverns & Falls, Grand Father mountain, Wilson Creek, The scenic Blue-ridge Parkway, Jonas Ridge Snow tubing and Historical Downtown Morganton.

Enjoy your peaceful mountain escape on our 33 acres. We have over a half mile of hatchery supported trout streams to fish (with a stocking point on the property), swimming holes, and private trails located directly on the property. Or with just a 2 minute drive up the road you can be in the South Mountains state park to take some local hikes to some awesome places like the watershed lake. The Mothership

Welcome to the Mothership, an octagonal post and beam cottage built for those with a love of the outdoors. Located on our small farm in the foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountains, we are a perfect launching point for adventure. Lake James and the Linville Gorge are only 20 minutes away, Asheville 45 minutes, and Charlotte only an hour. Explore countless waterfalls, miles of trails, or kayak our beautiful rivers during the day, and relax in the hot tub and shoot pool in the evening.

The studio cottage is equipped with all the amenities including a queen bed, kitchen, full bathroom, lovely little dining table, A/C, and TV (streaming services available) Take it easy and relax on the spacious patio while you take in the South Mountain hills. Whippoorwill Retreat, Nebo NC

Come escape to beautiful views of the mountains to a relaxing/secluded hideaway in the woods to unwind with nature/star gazing. We are nestled at the bottom of 105/Linville Gorge where you can swim/hike/mountain bike. We are 1 1/2miles to Fonta Flora brewery and 4 miles to Paddys Creek State Park. We have access to Fonta Flora Trail to the brewery Morganton/Marion have lots of great restaurants. We are a 1hr drive to Asheville/Boone. No boats/need 4wd!

Attacoa Trace- Primitive Cabin

Secluded primitive cabin overlooking pond with fishing dock. Close to Linville Gorge and the Fonta Flora State Trail as well as craft breweries. After a day of hiking or mountain biking, relax on the front porch swing in the serenity of the night air. It's the perfect spot for stargazing. The cabin is surrounded by mature hard wood trees making it perfect for birding or spotting wildlife. Fish in the pond or take a ride in the John boat. Enjoy nature!

Fish Camp Getaway

Enjoy your relaxing studio cottage on the Linville River. You will enjoy a queen size bed, free WiFi, Smart TV (w/ premium cable), fireplace, fully stocked kitchen and washer/dryer. The main bed is a queen but there is a queen pull out couch to accommodate additional guests. You can comfortably and easily accommodated 4 guests. We’ll provide the linens, pillows, blankets, and towels that you’ll need to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable.
