Welcome to our cozy house in the White Mountains, NH! Our 3-bed, 2-bath home is perfect for relaxing & outdoor activities - ski, bike, hike, golf, and leaf peeping. Located in downtown Bethlehem with shops & restaurants - 12 min to Cannon Mountain, 17 min to Bretton Woods, and 8 min to Littleton. Our home offers a fully equipped kitchen, open living area, comfortable bedrooms, and a family room in the basement. Outside you'll find a hot tub, fire pit, and trails. Beautiful nearby lakes to swim in summer, 10 miles from Franconia Notch State Park and Cannon Mountain ski area. Explore charming New England towns for antiquing, dining & shopping. A lovely place to visit with small or large family group or friends, great for kids. Sleeps up to 8.

The Loft at River's Edge w/hot tub!

The Loft at River's Edge is a private, spacious, second floor river view apartment at the end the hosts' main house. Views of the Connecticut River and Vermont's mountains are breathtaking. Spacious lawns abound throughout the property. Guests have their own outdoor area where they can enjoy a hot tub, fire pit, gas grill and picnic table. Kayaks and canoes are available for guests to use free of charge. The loft is a comfortable and peaceful place to call your "home away from home."

Comfortable Home, Hot Tub, Trails on 140 Acres

This property is located in a remote and beautiful area of Vermont’s Northeast Kingdom. The house is on 140 acres of fields and forest. There are 2.5 miles of private walking/snow shoeing trails in the woods. A large mowed area around the house provides space for grilling, outdoor dining, fire pit and games. The outdoor hot tub (emptied and refilled after each stay) is heated to 104 degrees year-round. This property is easily accessed from Route 2 and is on a well maintained dirt road.

Townhouse at Jay with Sauna + Jacuzzi

Spacious 4 bedroom Townhouse that sleeps 10 people and is less than 1 minute to Jay Peak Resort. 2 bedrooms upstairs (each with Queen beds) and bunk room downstairs provides plenty of space for your family ski vacation. On the main floor is the kitchen, dining room and a living room with a fireplace. If you need to sneak in some work, there is a office room, equipped with a twin bed and smart TV. Warm up in the steam sauna or jacuzzi bath after a long day on the mountain.

Darling Hill 1 BR Suite with Hot Tub and Sauna

Take the stone path to your private suite for the evening. The suite is attached to the main house, but has its own entrance and private patio for your enjoyment. We are located on Darling Hill, adjacent to the Chapel and directly on Kingdom Trails. It is a peaceful setting with a hot tub and sauna for after your day of outdoor adventure. We are approximately 10 minutes from Burke Mountain and a 1/4 mile from the VAST trail network.
