Welcome! This Aggieland home is affectionately called “The Garden House,” and we are delighted to share it with you! This warm & welcoming space is freshly renovated and ready to host guests traveling to College Station/Bryan! It is conveniently located 1.5 miles from TAMU - Kyle Field and a close drive to other popular spots in town, including grocery stores and restaurants. Pets are allowed. However, please ensure they are accounted for in your booking and all pet rules are strictly abided by.

Aggieland Getaway

Our 1600 sq. ft home is perfect for multi family use with four bedrooms (master has a king size bed, 2nd bedroom has 1 double bed, 3rd bedroom has 2 double beds, 4th bedroom has a futon double size and the couch is NOT a pull out but would sleep 2-3), 2 bathrooms, large common space and outdoor area, table and umbrella. Located in a family friendly neighborhood with plenty of parking only 5-10 minutes from Kyle Field, Texas A&M University, downtown Bryan, Northgate, Easterwood Airport and more.

Durango: Steps from Texas A&M!

Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located 2nd floor unit down the road (3 blocks) from the campus of Texas A&M...and even closer to the shopping, restaurants, and entertainment at Northgate. This unit is on the Bryan side of Campus so it is convenient to everything Bryan and College Station. The main bedroom includes a single king sized bed with an ensuite bathroom, while the secondary bedroom is very small with a twin bed. The queen sized fold out couch is in the living room.

Garden Suite

The Garden Suite is centrally located in the BCS metroplex close to Texas A&M Campus and near lots of restaurants / bars / grocery stores / highway 6. The suite is part of the detached garage that has a private entrance through the backyard. Guests are asked to park on the street. We are pet friendly but charge an additonal $10 per pet per day if guests bring a pet. The extra charges will be added once your reservation has been confirmed and informed us that you are bringing a pet.

Kick the boots off and relax in this calm, stylish space. Next door to Birch Creek Park & Lake Somerville. Sit on the pier for fishing or watch the deer. Outdoor features include a firepit, patio with plenty of seating, BBQ pit, & a pond right up to the property. Interior finishes include two Queen Tempur-Pedic mattresses, a modern kitchen, Netflix on tv, two full baths, laundry, & plenty of room to stretch for games and relaxation. 30 minutes from College Station or Brenham.

Howdy! Welcome to One More Cozy Home in Aggieland Normand (Permit Number: STR2024-000108), located only a few minutes away from Texas A&M University in College Station. This is a 2 bed/1 bath duplex with plenty of room for your comfort stay and gathering. Guests can enjoy the fenced patio and backyard with BBQ grill upon request for pre-game and after game celebrations!; walking distance to Southwood Athletic park, shopping, and restaurants, proximity to Northgate.

Tiny House Cottage 146

Custom built tiny house perfect for romantic getaways, out of town relatives visiting family, and vacations! The house is located right off Highway 36, and is only 25 miles from College Station, 10 miles from Lake Somerville, and 35 miles from Round Top. Plenty of room to park your boat after a day of fishing or relaxing at Lake Somerville. This is a Tiny House, but we remain Dog Friendly. Our Per Dog fee is $50 per stay.
