Casstevens Homestead Farm House (Entire House)

Casstevens Homestead House located on 145 acres near Mansfield. great for long walks in the country, or a place to get away. This is a working farm with livestock. House is approximately 150 years old, dating back 5 generations. There are large back pastures for walking out in the country. Pets are welcome, but we do have Great Pyrenees on the farm to protect our chickens. They are very friendly but the will probably greet you at the door. We can stable your horses for riding on request.

The Bungalow

Take it easy at this unique and central getaway. This fully renovated 1920's bungalow has charm with all the modern amenities. Unwind in the glow of the patio fire pit. Walking distance: Dicky's Arena, several bars/restaurants (including our favorite, Taco Heads!), Will Rodgers, UNT Health and Science Center, Kimbell and the Modern art museums, and Botanical Gardens. Short Uber/cab Ride: West 7th, TCU Stadium, downtown, magnolia area. Full kitchen with granite counters, washer/dryer, walk in closet, fenced in backyard with plenty of shade.

“Eagle Nest” Tiny Home sits on a large lot with huge trees lots of privacy. Only 10 min or so from Arlington’s entertainment district. Dallas Cowboys, Texas Rangers, Sixflags, Water Park & Texas Live. Downtown Fort Worth is just a short drive away. Eagle Nest has a shower, toilet, microwave, coffee pot, Wi-Fi & smart TV with Cable. The loft has a twin bed, the couch also converts to a full bed. The outdoor area is very cozy with a private patio, chiminea and charcoal grill.
