Welcome to our delightful space located off the ave in Burlington's New North End! You've found a gem in a quiet section of the beautiful city of Burlington. We strive to offer travelers a place to rest that promises safety and comfort. This one bedroom apartment is a convenient 7 minute drive to downtown, 1 minute drive to the beach, and only a few blocks from the bike path/lake! We are located directly on the bus line, so even travelers without a vehicle can access all Vermont has to offer.

Surrounded by gardens and not far from downhill skiing and hiking options, swimming, sailing, dining and Lake Champlain.

Minutes away you'll find Lake Champlain access and easy hiking trails at Oakledge Park, coffee shops, restaurants, downtown Burlington and the highway. 5 minutes to the Burlington bike path, 30 minutes to Bolton for ski/snowboard fun, 45 min to Stowe, 15 minutes to Catamount for mountain biking.

The three bedrooms and full bathroom are on the second floor. The kitchen, dining room and spacious living room encompass the main floor. Badger Cottage offers a true rustic Vermont experience nestled in the woods with spectacular views and a quiet and peaceful ambiance. Once a barn, carefully reconstructed on the owners’ property, and modernized to today’s standards, this post and beam cabin is warm and cosy in winter and cool in summer. Well behaved dogs are very welcome and will enjoy the walks in the woods. Covid vaccinations are required. The owners live in an adjacent house with their very friendly Border Terrier

Gorgeous Treehouse! Surrounded by Protected Land

Lilla Rustica is an elevated cabin among the trees. Private, with Stunning views this was built by "The Tree House Guys" a local Vermont company whom can be found having a season on the DIY network. Tons of detail, while keeping the design natural and simple. Unbelievable views of Camels hump State park. A loft with one queen bed and downstairs has a queen bed with three sides of the bed having windows facing the views. Hiking offered right from the cabin. An awesome getaway!
