Navigation Cottage Luxury on the Historic Sea Lock

Navigation Cottage is set right on the Historic Sea Lock at Heybridge Basin. It is a great place to visit with the picturesque canal walk where beautiful Thames Barges can often be seen, the Sea Wall walk past the lake Nature Reserve into Maldon or to the Marina. There are good pubs and the famous Tiptree Tee Rooms at the Sea Lock. The owners have built a lovely decking to enjoy the peaceful views across the garden and over the Lake. Perhaps book a trip on one of the Historic Thames Barges.

Quaint Burnham-on-Crouch just mins away with its marina/wedding venues/seal trips, pubs/cafes/shops/cinema & Museum. Pretty Maldon 20 mins away. At The Lodge pubs/cafes are just up the road or you can relax on the decking with a glass of wine from the local vineyards. Secure gated entrance, enclosed small garden & private parking to the side grounds of the owners house. Car Essential.

Great for weekends away with the girls. 20min walk/5 min drive to Southminster. 8 minute drive to Burnham on Crouch where you have some lovely coffee shops, restaurants, pubs and the Royal Corinthian Yacht Club. If you are into your wines then Clayhill Vineyard is an 8 min drive and New Hall is a 15 min drive. No people allowed to visit. Extra charge for 10-12 guests

It is about 2 miles from the beach at Shoebury Common and at East Beach, and less than 3 miles from popular events venue, Garon Park.
