Welcome to Friesland House.  Recently renovated, it is a perfect place for large family groups. Our comfortable bedrooms will allow you to wake up to stunning views, overlooking the Bass Strait. Friesland House has spectacular views of the ocean with an open plan lounge, dining and kitchen. Take a stroll on the beach and look out for penguins returning home, after dusk. Cradle Mountain Lake St Clair National Park is a short drive away. It is a perfect way to explore North West Coast of Tasmania.

Penguin Paradise Beach House is a charming two-bedroom seaside home in Cooee, Tasmania. For the last 10 years, fairy penguins have made this cottage their home, waddling up from the beach each night and nesting. A truly unforgettable sight and magical experience. Located between Burnie & Wynyard, it's perfect for exploring the northwest coast. The beach is just across the road, with a walking track for biking and skateboarding. Welcome to the top paddock! This is glamping with a side of real camping in the Tasmanian bush. Goats and sheep will stroll around and you have over 20 acres all to yourself to explore. We're located up a gravel road on the north west coast, you won't find any other tourists here. Soak in the wood fired tub, under the blackwood tree. Cosy up to the wood fire, roasting marshmallows in your star Gazer yurt. A comfy queen bed and a backyard of adventure, its a Tasmanian version of luxury camping.

'Mistover' Farm Cottage & Galloway Stud

'Mistover' is a 32 hectare property with pasture, bushland, creeks, dams and plenty of space for your pets to run! It is home to Galloway cattle and long term resident Jonesy, the English Pointer, who loves visitors! The accommodation is a two storey, 2 bedroom, self-contained stone cottage with open fire place and private balcony. 'Mistover' is situated along the Murchison Highway, 20 kms from Burnie/Wynyard Airport and is on the doorstep of the Tarkine Wilderness!
