The Cawlfield House (Circa 1929)

The historic Cawlfield House was built by my grandfather in 1929. It has been beautifully restored with modern amenities and comforts. It has an updated Kitchen, Living, Dining, Bath, Office & two Bedrooms (1 plush queen bed down, 1 plush queen bed up & 1 trundle bed). Many of the furnishings came from Joanna Gaines collections. We've sincerely strived to consider your needs, including A/C. We'd love to host you! We are confident you'll enjoy the homes comforts and history!

This tiny house/studio offers a large yard for your pet and kiddos to play, plenty of off-street parking and a shared picnic area complete with BBQ and firepit.
