You will not find a better view of Lake Cumberland! Newly renovated 2022!! Previously our family home, we cherish this property. We ask anyone renting to respect the neighbors and home as we have. The Lakeview Blue House is within walking distance of Lake Cumberland, several restaurants, gas stations and a liquor store. There is a seasonally open public boat ramp directly over the hill from the home and many others including Waitsboro, Burnside Marina and Burnside Island State Park/ ramp nearby.

One of the best views on the lake nestled in the Daniel Boone National Forest. Spacious 4 BR home w/bonus basement sleeping area w/Queen memory foam mattress. Large hot tub under covered screen porch & located in a private gated resort community w/multiple pools, tennis courts, walking/ATV trails- all within 1 mile of boat ramp. New furniture & TVs in every bedroom, basement game room with bar/poker table, jacuzzi tub in master. Terrific lake views from every room! Excellent WiFi for working.

This cozy a-frame is located in the lakeside neighborhood of Echo Point, on Cumberland’s South Fork. Swim or fish off the dock, bring a paddle board, or drop a boat in at the nearby ramp. Relax on the deck with rock wall views and towering trees. Perfect for a couple or a small family get away. Walk to water/dock via a rustic path and stairs (it’s a steep climb!) *Not ideal for people with mobility constraints.* Stores & restaurants are 15 min drive. Dogs (2 max) welcome for add'l fee.

We welcome your fur babies!! Kayaks available! Ice maker! Coffee pot w/coffee & creamer! Adorable, cozy tiny house with two decks & bonfire pit overlooking Lake Cumberland! It is located in Monticello, Ky, in a rural part of the area. It’s about 12 minutes to town. There is very close (driving distance) swimming access, kayaking, boating, boat ramps, fishing & marinas. On a dead end street, so very peaceful. Kayak rental is available for $25. per day/per kayak. Pet fee $50/$75 per stay.

Experience a perfect lake getaway at Burnside Bungalow. This newly renovated 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom Lake Cumberland home sleeps 12 and offers views of the lake. The guests have exclusive access to a private dock slip and Villager Resort amenities. The home has an eat-in kitchen, Roku TV, Wi-Fi, and ample parking for vehicles. Enjoy lawn games, S’mores at the fire pit, and the lower level game and bunk room. Check-in time is 4 pm, and check-out time is 10 am. Smoking and pets are not allowed.
