The Annex at The Coach House

Relax and unwind in The Annex, perfect for up to 6 people to enjoy some time in a home from home. A double bed upstairs and two sofa beds downstairs. The Annex is set in the 2 acre grounds of Coach House and offers a picturesque setting for all. Hamble river, with the Jolly Sailor Pub, you also have lots of restaurants and pubs close by to enjoy that perfect meal before heading back to relax in the hot tub. You also have the option to hire out a paddle board or inflatable rib to enjoy the river.

The Garden Wing is a very special tranquil place

This unique place has a style all its own. Designed in a Japanese way with it's own Water Garden, terrace and boardwalk. Ideal for a family and children will love The Garden Wing, but there is access to the Japanese water garden, and bedroom 3+4 have unguarded stairs to unuseable mezzanine bunks ( see photos). Sunny day BBQ’s using the outdoor kitchen/BBQ facilities, & evenings sitting around the firepit or soaking in the hot tub. Adults & children will just love it. On the south coast, 1hr 20 mins from SW London & very near the New Forest.

About a mile away from both Swanwick Marina and Park Gate village, Swanwick train station is 15 minute walk. With it's own entrance comprising of main bedroom/sitting area, separate study area and separate shower room. There is space to park a car off the road. A convenient base to visit Winchester, Portsmouth, Southampton and The New Forest. Self check in.
