The Owl's Nest will be your next home away from home! Tucked away at the end of a dead-end gravel road, you'll find our perfectly secluded A-frame with all the amenities you'll need for a little R&R. Enjoy an evening with friends/family by the fire pit, or a daytime adventure down to the lake by way of walking trail and take the kayaks out on the water. We hope you'll enjoy our home, and the sounds of nature (and an occasional hoot from the resident owls) that come with it, as much as we do.

Located 25 minutes from I 40 and Cookeville TN. 7 miles from Cookeville Boatdock full service Marina with Restaurant. 1/2 mi to a Corp. of Engineer unimproved boat launch that has you 10 minutes on water to Hurricane Marina. Kayaks/Skis/boats/swimming or fishing

TN Hawks Nest (wildlife viewing, very private)

No cleaning fee! We have a new bathhouse! Open cabin no electric! See photos! Adults only On a rocky cliff above a stream! Folks come here to get away from the noise and bustle, artists to work in the beautiful setting. Walk to the top of the hill and see incredible stars on a clear night. Fall asleep listening to the great horned owl calling to her mate. Watch dawn light up the small valley below, perhaps catch a glimpse of the red fox as he passes. Bring ice for cooler.

Cabin on the Hill/ King Suite

This studio apartment has its own private entrance that is attached to the cabin. The studio apartment and the cabin can be rented separate or for larger gatherings together. This studio apartment is everything you need for your next vacation! It is located in a quiet rural country area where you can see the stars at night and green pastures in the day. The cabin is located next door and is not included - it is a separate space. no third party bookings. NO PETS OR SMOKING

The Cedar Loft

The Cedar Loft is a beautiful space in the country nestled on 40 acres with a fantastic view. Conveniently close to I-40 with a driving time of 35 min. to the Nashville airport or 45 min. downtown Nashville. This brand new above garage loft has a private entrance. Kitchen offers granite counters, fridge, microwave, oven, and dishwasher. For laundry there is a washer/dryer combo. We offer wifi, have good cellular reception and offer an assortment of DVDs and board games.

This home has been completely remodeled and furnished with your comfort in mind. This is our third air bnb and we truly try to focus on cleanliness, comfort and convenience! On top of comfortable, this house is close to all things Cookeville - 1.5 miles to downtown Cookeville, 8 miles to Cummins Falls, 1 mile to TTU and the hospital, 4 miles to Crossfit and 12 miles to Burgess Falls. You'll have the entire custom-built suite to yourself with amazing views out every window. Listen to the springs pouring down the cliffside, birds chirping, and star gazing- all from your private porch. The entry is keyless for easy self-check in. We live on top of the hill and are available if you need anything.

Our centrally-located tiny home is just 2.5 miles south of I-40 & a few miles from restaurant row & TTU. Burgess Falls state park & Window Cliffs State Natural Area 5 miles away. Cummins Falls 11 miles. Cookeville Boat Dock Marina on Center Hill Lake 9.5 miles (kayak/canoe to Fancher Falls from the marina). Our family of 4, along with numerous cats and 3 dogs, lives here on 3 acres, so there’s plenty of grass for your pet(s). Quiet, relaxing atmosphere to rest.
