Soak in the comfort of this romantic space, featuring a brand new Scandinavian-inspired architectural sauna and the warmth of an outdoor bath, for a truly rejuvenating experience.

The Studio: Old Dunsborough.

The Studio is the north wing of our Old Dunsborough home, purpose-built to host couples in comfort and grace. With separate entry and parking, guest independence and privacy are assured. The Studio offers wifi and smart TV for your evening entertainment, or for that weekend retreat. Secure storage for boards and bikes, with mtb trails 100m away. The location is ideal for taking advantage of the attractions and events that Dunsborough, Busselton and the Margaret River Wine Region have to offer.

The accommodation is situated at the front of the main house and is attached to the main house with guest private driveway and entry. Very private and no interaction with the hosts Unless requested.

Beachside Retreat

On a quiet and leafy street 250 m from the beach, Lyn and Ulf welcome you to our two-room studio with terrace. It is attached to the main house, but there are no common areas. It includes a covered carport, a spacious bedroom with en-suite, a lounge/kitchenette with fridge, microwave, coffeemaker, toaster and kettle. The terrace, is designed for outdoor dining and equipped with a barbeque. We welcome infants and toddlers under 2 years old and can provide a travel cot and high chair on request

The Barefoot Nook

A fresh and modern coastal inspired space with large Master Bedroom - 2 walk in robes - Ensuite bathroom & toilet with your own Private lounge area. Wifi - Large TV - Netflix - Bar Fridge - Microwave - Toaster - Kettle and Dining essentials. The front of the House has a large locked barn door separating your space from the rest of the house for your privacy and is not shared space. Fresh Towels - Linen - Bottled water - tea & coffee supplied. Private Front Door access at all times.

Only 5 km to the centre of Busselton. 20km to Dunsborough. 2 km to local shops and cafe. 500m from a medical centre. #11 in Broadwater is the front section of the host’s private residence with a secure door between the two areas. A convenient location to use as a base while exploring the area.

Little Ginger

Little Ginger is the perfect romantic couples getaway surrounded by ginger trees and a friendly ginger cat named Simon who sleeps under the ginger trees. Sip on champagne in the outdoor bathtub while your partner cooks up a feed on the weber Q, or relax in the luxurious king bed after taking a shower under the double rain shower heads. The studio is equipped with everything you need including: a toaster, kettle, microwave, Nespresso machine, and a plug in cooktop.

Opposite small park in a very short quiet street, 2 minute walk to beach and beachfront cycle/walkway. Busselton Jetty is approx. 3km. Short walking distance to corner store, bakery, liquor outlet and drive through coffee. Secure lock up for bikes, fishing gear and etc. Undercover and lock up garage parking for car. NOT SUITABLE FOR PETS NOT SUITABLE FOR CHILDREN ABSOLUTELY NO SCHOOLIES STRICTLY NON SMOKING or VAPING ON PREMISES.

Millie's Apartment

Millie's Apartment - Prime Location - Steps from Town, Beach, and Jetty! Welcome to your private getaway, perfectly situated just a 3-minute walk to the town center, a 2-minute stroll to the beach, and only 4 minutes to the jetty. This charming unit is joined to the main house but offers complete privacy, with your own entrance, private driveway parking, and access to a lock-up garage with a direct entrance to the unit.

When you’re not out exploring, share time in this compact, well appointed apartment. Cook up a storm or stock the picnic basket. Cot, high chair and all linen provided. Walking distance to beach and shops. Reverse cycle air conditioning. WiFi from 23rd Sept 2026. The apartment is self-contained with own access down a side path and through your own covered patio. A fifth guest can be added for $60 per night.
