The apartment is located in the heart of the historic centre of Caltagirone and only a couple of minutes walk from Staircase of Santa Maria del Monte and other famous landmarks. Built in 1700 as a noble palazzo, the house still preserves original frescoes and floor tiles. The apartment offers all amenities and will comfortably sleep four. La dimora è stata oggetto di una ristrutturazione durata cinque anni, mantenendo tutte le caratteristiche architettoniche sia all'interno che all'esterno, con muri faccia vista e archi in tufo. All'esterno si può usufruire di tre posti auto. La casa gode di una spettacolare esposizione sia a sud che a nord.
