To help reduce the spread of COVID-19, we are committed to Airbnbs enhanced cleaning protocol. The protocol was developed with health experts and informed by recommendations from the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC). You will be 30 yards to the gorgeous beach and the famous BeachCombers restaurant. Many restaurants all walking distance. Opposite you can go to Mango Mango's and next door to Stir It Up Cafe. You will have your own personal car parking spot and your own private access to the room. Together with your own private bathroom. We can provide you with some great local knowledge, especially where to eat. You have to try the best Italian anywhere - Terra and Acqua (5 mins by car). The house is on Anastasia Island, 30 yards from gorgeous St. Augustine Beach. Walk to local restaurants, coffee shops, ice cream shops, a fishing pier, and lots of beach activities. A library and post office in Sea Grove are 5 minutes away by car. Free personal private parking on site. Downtown St Augustine is a must see. We are only 15 mins to downtown St Augustine by car. Segway tours available next door. The Amphitheater is 7mins away and we can provide you with free rides to see your favorite band. We can provide beach chairs, umbrellas, cool box and bikes, if required at no charge. We also have all the premier tv channels including HBO, Showtime together with high speed Internet access. In the room there is a small desk, should you have to work, together with an iPhone and Android charger. There is also a Bluetooth speaker available. To keep your drinks cold we have a small mini fridge/freezer in the room . A microwave is also the room. In the drawers you will find plenty of towels and a hairdryer. We also have deployed a Google Assistant should you have any questions. If there is something specific you might require - just ask. Its a 10 min drive to St Augustine Historic Downtown, 20 min drive to Mickler's Beach, 25 min drive to PGA TOURNAMENT, 35 mins to Jacksonville Beach, 37 mins to neptune beach and 55 mins to Jacksonville downtown. This island has many restaurants, grocery stores and also you may fish off shore. Vilano beach has beautiful shells you may collect and we have a 2023 NEW GOLF CART available to rent.
