The Perch overlooks a babbling creek and 60-acre berry farm. On their own 4 acres, guests have access to a nature trail around a green pasture where sheep and goats graze. A short drive across the bridge is the farm entrance to enjoy various activities and berries in season.

There is plenty of space for groups to gather together, or spread out for some quiet time. This home is very quiet and cozy, and will feel like a home away from home.
