We are a few miles from Jennings Nature Reserve, Moraine State Park, the idilic town of Slippery Rock, Pa. and Slippery Rock University. There is 5 miles plus of navigable waterway that can be accessed from our deck and dock down by "the Creek". Hike our 1 1/2 miles of trails on our private preserve. Cottage at Lake Tranquility

Located beside 3.5-acre lake (private) with deck overlooking a pasture and swans ... a peaceful getaway. Upstairs is a loft with twin beds and small office. Electric heating and A/C make it very cozy. A queen-sized bedroom on the first-floor, kitchen, bathroom with shower, and laundry room. The living area is directly above horse stalls in the basement. We have isolated that area from the living spaces, but if you are extremely sensitive to farm odors you might prefer to stay somewhere else.

Ladies! Forget your worries in this serene space. Borders Moraine State Park (boating, hiking, kayaking & more). This single room rental caters to women only. Cozy bedroom (with door lock). Enjoy the view. Wrap in a warm blanket. Watch TV as you sip hot cocoa. May share two bathrooms and the rest of the house with another guest. Loft upstairs for Host only. Hosts are a mother/daughter team. Cheryl (Mom) is on site, rarely seen, always available. Full house rentals available on profile
