The house is located on a hobby farm so make fresh eggs your breakfast while enjoying the spectacular view that Alaska and this home offers.

The Johnson House Cottage

The cottage is a secluded guesthouse in a friendly neighborhood with spectacular views of the Knik Glacier and river. This retreat has room for up to four guests. It is an open floor plan with a double bed on the ground floor and twin beds in an upstairs loft. The kitchen has an induction cooktop, refrigerator, coffee pot, microwave. Propane BBQ on the deck and bathroom with a shower. Our cottage is not visible from the parking area so self check-in is not an option.

Placed in the middle of two acres the home is surrounded by manicured yards, gardens, beautiful mountain peaks, and plenty of country quiet. Yard is open for play, or walking, as is the basketball court. There are swings hanging in car port and a cowboy grill for campfires in the spring and fall. Located four miles from Palmer this home and yards are sure to please.

A quality constructed cottage nestled in the woods but very close to Palmer. This quiet 8 acre parcel is a rare find this close to Palmer while providing seclusion, quiet and privacy. The owner's house is also located on the property and they are available to you throughout your stay.
