The inside has just been remodeled, it includes two spaces for congregating. Livingroom includes a 65" Curved TV, a futon and a pocket door that transforms it into an additional bedroom. The main indoor congregation area includes an open concept kitchen, a dining room table, and another futon. Minutes from downtown!

Orchard Cottage w/ Level 2 EV Charger

This cottage was completely remodeled in 2020. It sits on the back of our property and backs up to an orchard. The property is over an acre. It is quiet and peaceful. You will find fruit trees, grapes, a garden and chickens. The chickens roam the property during the day. You may hear a rooster in the AM. There is a covered patio and fire pit to enjoy the evenings in Chico. If you like to cook outdoors there is a gas BBQ & pellet grill/smoker. It is 1.8 miles from Chico State and Downtown.

The home has 5 bedrooms all located upstairs, a large living room and dining area and a kitchen featuring a butlers pantry. Located behind the main residence is a guest home also available on Airbnb. The back yard will be shared with the guest house airbnb tenants.
