Frenchtown Inn

Welcome to Frenchtown Inn in the Foothills of Yuba County California. The property is 85 acres of rural countryside estate with a seven-acre lake in a secluded and quiet rural area. All the bedrooms have a unique feel of their own. Rent the entire house, 6 rooms, for up to 12 guests, on 85 acres with a tranquil view of the seven-acre private lake. The Inn can host up to 150 guests for a wedding or special event, but such events cannot be booked through Airbnb. We look forward to hosting you.

Brown's Creek Homestead & Farm

Relax with the whole family at our peaceful 13 acre homestead in the Sierra Foothills. Private apt completely partitioned off from main house with private entry. One bed, 1 bath, living room, kitchenette, and laundry. Deck overlooking lawn, gardens, barn, fishing pond with propane BBQ & griddle, large umbrella, and table for 8. Cold water soaking tub and sauna (upon request). Ducks, chickens, goats, pigs. Caretakers always around. 2nd Queen bedroom upon request $75/night. Yuba 10% Tax included.

My place is about a mile and a half away from the University and Hospital. Downtown is about a 10 minute drive. Lower Bidwell Park is near downtown. Cable TV with HBO and TCM movie channels plus some sports channels. Smoking is allowed outside on the patio only. I like to rent to long term guests, which is why I give a discount for a month, and prefer to rent for 3 months. Many traveling nurses, physical therapist, occupational therapist have stayed for their typical 13 week assignment.

This cozy 1100 sq. ft. home offers comfort and convenience with a private entrance, fenced backyard featuring BBQ and patio furniture. Enjoy access to shared amenities like a pool, hot tub, and tennis court. Inside there is a Sleep Number king bed and the other with a memory foam queen bed—plus a pull-out couch in living room. The kitchen includes essentials, and the spacious bathroom features an extra-long Jacuzzi tub and walk-in shower. Just a block from Bidwell Park and near Downtown Chico.

Clean, comfortable, and convenient, in a quiet neighborhood our cottage is within walking distance of downtown , CSUC, and Enloe Hospital. We also accept dogs (no cats) for an addition fee of $15 dollars per day. We ask any dog left alone be kenneled. Please do not allow your dog on the furniture unless you cover it with sheets, which we will provide. We offer a fully equipped kitchen, HD cable TV, a very cozy queen bed and a single wide sofa bed, suitable for children .

20-Acre Off-Grid Private Forest Cabin Long Stays

Private 3 bedroom, 1 bath home with office and Wi-Fi on 17 secluded acres in the pines near Collins Lake and Bullards Bar. Solar powered with well water and gated access. This is a shared, working property with four active commercial greenhouses with vegetables gardens and periodic caretaker presence. Greenhouse areas are not accessible. Access requires a high-clearance 4WD vehicle and a scheduled meet-up for guided arrival. Best suited for independent, rural-minded guests.

Updated VINTAGE Mid-Century original, with room to roam, makes a perfect environment for intimate gatherings, or a peaceful, private getaway. Our home is 3,400 sq. feet and sits on over an acre, with idyllic views of mature trees, horse pastures and Bidwell Park. We have two small children, so the place is setup for mellow family groups to relax and enjoy family time. We do not accept bookings of large youthful groups. No extra people on the property.
