It's quirky (boulders in bedroom) spacious studio has a single bed and room for two cots. (Max 3 people). It has a full kitchen, full bathroom & laundry. Private street entrance. Bus stop is across the street. Perfect for Buttes many festivals, meetings&conferences. Free street parking. It stays cool and quiet. Free Wifi, (eggs available for purchase on site) . *Studio does have exposure to working cats! Fire pit , BBQ and hanging hammock chair in the upper yard to enjoy the view.

Robin’s Nest

The second story of this 110-year-old house is 530 square feet of apartment-sized room, fixtures and appliances with 7-foot ceilings and plenty of space for two people to relax and enjoy. The office has a desk and swivel chair to set your laptop on and work from, catch up on email correspondence or research local recreational events and activities. The library has a bookcase with a small assortment of reading material. Hospital is a short block away. Groceries, gas & dining within a mile.

This building originally housed a hotel, built in 1918, and has been painstakingly remodeled to house modern apartments. 301 has all the essentials (and extras) you’d expect in an Airbnb. The building is secure, with 24 hour camera system and keyed entry. The most remarkable feature of 301 is the nearly panoramic view. Guests can enjoy bird’s eye views of uptown Butte, Montana Tech, surrounding mountains, and historical sites.

With great views of Fleecer Mountain and just a couple of miles away from the Divide Bridge boat ramp! Hiking, fishing, and hunting are practically outside your door. Our apartment is conveniently located just right off of I-15! 15 min south of I 90. Fly fishing outfitters are within just a few miles. The apartment features one bedroom with a queen bed, a loft with a queen bed and two twin beds, one bathroom with laundry facilities, a nicely equipped kitchen, a dining and a living room.

NOTE: The stairs to the loft bedroom are VERY STEEP and may present a significant challenge for some guests!

This unique slice of history has a style all its own. The historical Socialist Hall Building just finished one of the most expensive renovations in Butte and opened in July of 2024. The building built in 1916 and listed on the National Historical Register shows the toughness of Butte with the outside architectural décor and the inside brings modern design to the rustic history of the outside.
