Please note our base rate is for 2 guests with access to 1 bedroom only (upstairs super king bed). The second bedroom (downstairs queen bed) will be locked. If you require 2 bedrooms for 2 people, please adjust the number of guests to 3 adults (selecting infants/children does not open the room as there is no charge for their stay) We are situated directly next door to Morpeth’s historical River Royal pub which offers a quiet atmosphere mid week and a social evening Fri/Sat (closes at 11pm)

The property is just a 15 minute drive to Maitland and 50 minutes from the Hunter Valley. Very modern brand new 2 bedroom 1 bathroom property with all the mod cons including wood fire for those cold winter nights this property is situated on 150 acres of farmland. A very homely country cottage - very warm and inviting. A beautiful 40 acre country setting with a verandah on three sides of the cottage which is totally yours. You will see cows, geese and if you go for a walk - ducks, chickens and further on a 10-15 minute walk to the beautiful Paterson River. You will see the River in our photos. Also there are so many attractions in the surrounding area.
