Old Town Studio is located 50 meters from the beach, in the historical center of Novigrad, which is surrounded by stone walls from the 13th century. The apartment is situated in the authentic Istrian house from the 17th century, which was renovated in 2019. Its excellent location in the hearth of Novigrad old town offer the experience and charm of living in the Mediterranean fisherman’s town. For our guests we offer free private parking 400 meters from the apartment (a reservation is needed).

The studio is smaller but suitable also for a couple with 1 kid. it has one king size bed, and one single bed/zofa. Separated bathroom with shower and small kitchen. The apartment is air-conditioned with free WiFi and TV. The kitchen is equipped with all the essentials required for your own homemade food. in front of the house there is a swimming pool where you can enjoy the istrien sun :)
