Across the pond is a sandy public beach. Enjoy the wrap around porch with rocking chairs and a wicker seating area. Plenty of space for everyone! Gourmet kitchen seats 10. Cross the Bourne Bridge and you have arrived at the Canal View Charmer! Perfect for those who want to enjoy all the Cape has to offer without a longer drive. This traditional 3 bedroom/1 bath home is just 500 feet from Cape Cod Canal Bikeway where you can bike, fish, walk, sit, watch the boats and the marine wildlife. Swim at Monument Beach or Mashnee Island Beach, eat seafood at the popular Lobster Trap, and treat yourself at the Whistlestop Ice Cream stand--all within 5 miles from the house!

Having had 3 previously very successful years helping families such as you make amazing lifetime memories on gorgeous Buzzards Bay, we hope to keep the tradition alive. This exceptional cape house is our home away from home, and we hope that you love it as much as we do. Close to playgrounds, waterfront restaurants, the famous cape cod canal and much more! 1 hour to Boston and 1 hour to the end of cape cod Provincetown. The kids will love the splash pad across the street and the adults will love walking to dinner on the Main Street.

Enjoy fishing, biking and walking at this home situated on the Cape Cod Canal. This property is close to Massachusetts Maritime Academy. Sit in your living room and watch the boats go by. There is wonderful bird watching in the back yard. This is a famous striped bass fishing spot. The 7 mile bike and walking trail on the canal is steps away. You may see a whale,dolphin or seals traveling through. There is a side covered porch and a very large back deck which is south facing.

This single family home is in a quiet neighborhood where the kids can ride their bikes, walk to the canal or splash park. In the cooler months watch a storm while cuddled on the couch.
