It is located under a mile to Buzzards Bay Brewery and Westport Rivers Winery and a 5 minute walk to the quiet little neighborhoods private beach on the East Branch of the Westport River. Koselig embodies feelings of family, friends, warmth, love, coziness, contentment, and comfort. Enjoy the home’s spacious deck with comfortable seating for the whole family complete with chiminea for late night fires. 2 levels of lodging with central air. 2 full bathrooms, kitchen, dining room and great room. Minutes away from town beaches, bike path, golf, and shopping. Parking for approximately 4 cars.

Close to downtown New Bedford with many restaurant options, and ferries to Martha's Vineyard, Nantucket and Cuttyhunk. Short walk to the beach (1/4 mile), Fort Rodman and Fort Taber where there is a military museum and a walking/bike path. Flexible Check-in, so you can arrive when convenient for you (as early as 9AM). No Guests or parties.

“Cozy Cottage” on Great Bay

Our Cozy waterfront cottage is located 120ft from great bay. Our closest beach is 2.5 miles and we are 4 miles from the center of town. Equipped with gas heat and Central A/C. We also have a gas fired fireplace to keep you cozy. Outside shower for days at the beach. We have one single kayak, two double Kayaks, a rowboat and a canoe for a scenic view of Great Bay. Quiet spot.

Come to the woods of Southeastern Connecticut and enjoy some solitude and connection in the woods while wrapped in our flannel LL Bean bathrobes. Snuggle with a glass of wine or coffee by the fire and unplug, rest, and rejuvenate with your partner or by yourself.
