Enjoy the large, outdoor covered rear deck with a kitchen and BBQ. This cottage has plenty of charm along with modern comforts, including fully equipped kitchen, and an outdoor shower. This home is perfect for families. Approximately 10 mins walk to centre of town and 15 mins to main beach via main rd through Byron. The cottage has three bedrooms, ensuite, and bathroom. It is located a short stroll to town and beach, with a luscious green lawn gardens and off street parking. The home opens to a large covered rear deck which takes advantage of the northern aspect with the BBQ outdoor kitchen area off the fully equipped kitchen. No need for a car once you arrive - Jonson Street shops, restaurants, cafes and beach are simply a stroll away. The home is NOT available as a 'party house' and is non-smoking property. The main beach is patrolled and a short walk from the cottage. Driving from Sydney takes approximately 10hrs, or 2hrs from Brisbane. There are many airport shuttle bus services available from Brisbane, Gold Coast or Ballina-Byron Bay which will pick you up and drop you off to the cottage. Once you arrive, the cottage is walking distance to everywhere in town. The Muddy (as it is affectionately known) is a lovely place to stop for a weekend , week or even longer. This converted mud brick farm shed offers complete tranquility with high-end design and furnishing. The Muddy offers a lovely one bedroom sanctuary with ensuite bathroom (with indoor shower) full kitchen (dishwasher, washing machine) and a large lounge with leather couches, TV and relaxing ambiance. Outside you'll find a BBQ, a dining table and amazing outdoor shower. All overlooking a dam.

The studio has its own modem for a fast WiFi internet connection.

A sweet little 1 bedroom, architect designed cottage in the heart of Byron furnished eclectically for perfect, easy days by the beach. Own private entrance, 50m from Top Shop and 600m from Clarkes Beach. Cottage has a wrap around verandah, a day bed and outdoor dining area. Inside, you’ll find a full kitchen with stove, oven and dining table next to a lounge area with TV (Netflix) and wifi. The mezzanine bedroom has mountain views and looks up into the branches of an old fig tree.
