This sun filled air conditioned 2 bedroom home is ideally located on Paterson St, one of Byron's most sought after neighbourhoods. Only a short stroll to the iconic Top Shop cafe, Beaches & Byron town centre makes this the perfect location for your Byron getaway. The house includes all the comforts of home: premium bedding, full air conditioning, fully equipped kitchen, comfortable living spaces & wifi. The house is best suited to couples, families & business travellers. Schoolies not accepted.

Tree House Belongil Beach

The Tree House is a relaxing home away from home with everything you need for a weekend, week or extended stay. We have reverse cycle AirConditioning and WiFi. Just meters from the calm warm waters of Byron Bay and an 800m walk along the beach from the centre of town. There is a 2 night minimum stay. The Tree House is a stand alone house surrounded by lush tropical gargens. A separate bedroom with Queen size bed and downstairs a day bed which converts into two large comfortable singles.

Cosy Studio with aircon & wifi

This Totally private fully self-contained Studio. It has amazing wifi and reverse cycle air conditioning and an enclosed courtyard and deck for your pets. You can park your car on the left hand side of driveway. There's a 2nd studio for friends or family. The studio is situated about 5 to 10 mins drive to Byron Bay. After booking please read house manual for instructions on what to do and where to get key etc. please leave fan on in bathroom when u go out and after using the shower .

The Eureka Studio is set on a secluded one acre property up in the Byron Bay Hinterland, in the middle of the vibrant Northern Rivers region and only 25 minutes from Byron Bay. Private and comfortable, it is ideal for a quiet romantic getaway. It provides everything you are looking for to shake off those city blues. The studio is semi-detached to our house, so whilst we live next to it, we try to give our guests as much privacy as they need.

Modern new studio opposite Belongil Beach with a short 10 minute walk to town and a 3 minute walk to the famous Treehouse restaurant and bar. The studio has a separate entrance from the main house. The kitchen has a full fridge, hot plate, microwave ( located in cupboard above the fridge) and air fryer. There is mini weber bbq for guest use. This cabin has everything you need for a lovely seaside break including aircon and a fan.
