F Residence is situated in the heart of Cabanatuan City surrounded by malls, universities, hospitals, and other institutions making it an ideal choice for travelers, short-term visits for medical or educational purposes, and family gatherings. It is located inside the peaceful Hilltop Subdivision, providing a tranquil community for our guests. Our transient house was completed in May 2024 with stylish finishes and complete appliances, ensuring a comfortable, cozy, and relaxing stay for everyone.

Spacious, simple, clean, self contained studio apartment with kitchenette and access to separate kitchen room for cooking (so no cooking smell in studio), garage parking, aircon, 50inch Smart TV with Netflix, free fast Wifi, hot shower, minutes walk or trike to SM City, MV Gallego City hospital, City Hall, Hall of Justice and night life/ restaurants. We are just off the national highway. Studio is in the second floor with owner on-site. Ideal for solo travellers, couples, workers and visitors.

My place is a private studio type apartment complete with essential furnishes and kitchen utensils it is perfect for family, couples and friends. Pls take note: Room rate is good for 2 persons, an additional rate of Php 300 per person shall be charged after 2 persons.

Minimalist Studio Apartment is one of the two rooms we renovated out of the 24 rooms in the building to offer nightly stays for Airbnb guests.
