This is an ocean View 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment with two parking spots, a balcony and elevator access. This comfortable apartment is located in the Peñamar Beach Club, which has 3 ocean view pools, tennis court, basketball court, a gym, gazebos, and a jogging path. We have a full generator and fast wifi. We are located right next to the catamaran dock to Icacos, Palomino, and Flamenco beach. We are minutes from Seven Seas beach, Puerto Del Rey Marina, and the ferry to Vieques and Culebra.

Location is perfect for day and night trips to nearby islands and other laid-back getaways. Walk to local bakery, stores, local bar, catamarans, charters & water excursions. 7 min drive to Seven Seas (Kid Friendly), 5 min drive to Las Croabas, Laguna Grande Bioluminescent Bay (1 of only 5 in the world). Amazing food with tropical & fun atmosphere rest.

Romantic Beachfront Getaway Penthouse

Three-bedroom penthouse with an ocean view private terrace. Fully equipped kitchen and laundry facility. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families. The beach is within walking distance, two minutes from the apartment. The hot tub in the roof tub is not included as part of the booking. If operational, you can use it without additional cost or charge, however, the guests have no right to claim or request money if it is out of service during your stay.
