Today it remains an opportunity for authentic adventure travel to a naturally beautiful Mexican village. Most famous for its waterfalls and beach the cobblestone paths, jungle fauna, and quaint restaurants and stores further add to Yelapa's charm. Our house is near town, off the main path behind the old elementary school. We have a single access for all the houses, each house has its main door, only the corridors are shared to reach each one! We are 5 mins from town, 3 mins from the little beach, and 10 - 15mins from the main beach. It's a great location as we are tucked back in the jungle enough to be away from the noise of the pueblo but close enough to everything that it's super convenient. Everyone walks here! Or takes an ATV or donkey. There are no cars. It's hilly so bring your walking shoes. We have HIGH SPEED INTERNET and AIR CONDITIONING!

Casa Fresca

Welcome to Casa Fresca, a traditional open style palapa house in a garden setting with modern conveniences and beautiful views of the bay. The house was completely remodeled in 2020 including all new housewares and furnishings with new upgrades added since. There are 2 queen beds with mosquito nets and fans to keep 1-4 guests sleeping comfortably. There's a full kitchen for cooking, and the house is just a few minutes walk to stores and restaurants. A locking bodega is also provided for guests.

On The Water-Yelapa's most Unique House

The Love Nest has to be entered and experienced to really appreciate how unique and cozy it is. Woven from thick jungle vines , interlaced with bamboo, supported by exotic woods and first rate stone and cobwork, it creates a sense of being in a nest or a basket. It curls around a full grown amapa tree that towers over it. And perched above the three levels and accessed by handmade wooden spiral staircase is a palapa- crowned lookout room with a hanging bed and a full bay view. Muy romantica !

The kitchen comes with a refrigerator, gas range, microwave, coffee maker and cookware.

The Hideaway is one of three cozy studio apartments in Casa Cereza, Mexican decor, spacious patio overlooks the gated garden surrounded in bougainvillea. The beach is a short walk away, river is right outside the gate, fully equipped kitchen, AC, access to laundry room, fast WiFi. Close to stores, restaurants, hiking, fishing, snorkeling. You might see an iguana or two nesting in the trees alongside bananas and papaya trees. Safe and peaceful, Boca is a self sufficient little town.
