Nestling on the shores of the Beauly Firth only 10 miles from the city of Inverness, close to the NC500, Killearnan Brae is a luxury self-contained apartment. The Bothy is newly built and is a peaceful retreat for two people. It’s based in the grounds of the main property surrounded by woods and wildlife. It has an ensuite shower and private hot tub. The open plan living space comprises a well equipped kitchen space, breakfast bar, lounge and king size bed. Private parking. Linen, towels and hot tub robes all included. The village of Tornagrain is five minutes away and boasts a well stocked village store. Inverness airport is just 10 minutes away.

Garden Cottage with hot tub, castle & sea views

This charming cottage is completely unique having the old Redcastle ruin as a back drop and views of the Beauly Firth directly in front. There is an idyllic stream going through the garden and we have recently planted a wild flower meadow at the end of the garden. It has been beautifully refurbished in 2023 and we feel incredibly proud of the results. The cottage is located in the sleepy hamlet of Milton of Redcastle and really is an idyllic and very comfortable place to come and unwind.

Dunaincroy farmhouse enjoys a unique setting on the Caledonian Canal midway between iconic Loch Ness and the town of Inverness (6 minutes either way.) Set in an historic Highland estate this secluded location has extensive, fully fenced gardens down to the canal and spectacular views to open countryside and the hills beyond. The wilderness of the highlands and yet only minutes from the amenities of a major town and nearby transport hubs. It is also a great starting point for the North 500.

A bothy bedroom in the heart of the Cairngorms

Connected to the old cruck barn this is a compact, cosy, self contained bedroom. It’s set on one side of the courtyard with separate key access so you can come and go at will. If you love the outdoors, we think you will love it here. We have spectacular views of the Cairngorms, with excellent walks from the door. Rustic, with loads of character, the room has a comfy king size bed and en suite bathroom with shower. If you need mod cons or lots of space this may not be the place for you!

Meikle Kildrummie dates back to 1670. Added later, the adjacent 200 year old cottage has been beautifully renovated and sits in a peaceful location within a 2 acre garden surrounded by open countryside. It’s perfectly situated as a base for exploring the highlands of Scotland, the fabulous beaches and places of interest around the Moray Firth, as well as being on the doorstep of the acclaimed Malt Whisky Trail. The Highland Capital of Inverness is only 20 minutes away.
