Julia Vintage Cottage at Victorian Woods

The Julia is a quaint country cottage built in the 1930s. It is nestled below the Wellsville mountain range in Mendon, Utah. With all the modern amenities, it feels like staying at grandma's house. The fully furnished cottage has two queen-size beds, a comfortable living room, and a full kitchen. The home sits on a wooded lot frequented by deer, moose, great horned owls, hawks, and wild turkeys. Enjoy the yard, barbecue grill, fire pit, patio, and carport for parking.

It is tucked in a grove of trees and set up on the hillside, providing you with amazing views all the way around and stunning sunsets. We enjoy lots of wildlife in the area, especially a majestic herd of 5 bull moose who live on this hillside. This is the perfect place to get away and enjoy solitude and the great outdoors!

This barn style house is nestled in the heart of quant Mendon, Utah. It has great mountain views and beautiful trees that surround the property. The house opens to a large great room with large picture windows perfect for entertaining large groups but cozy enough for smaller families. Please be aware there is an attached apartment with tenants not part of the rental.
