The Little Red Inn/Preschool(Near Bear River City)

We lived in this home for 10 years and recently moved into the house next door. We run a Preschool on the main floor during the week, but its empty on the weekends (Usually available pm on Thursday, through Sunday Afternoon). There are 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom upstairs, which is the main living space. Kitchen, bathroom and a futon in the preschool. Great for kids, lots of toys and children's books available to use. Cat friendly inside and a 4 foot fenced back yard that can be used for dogs.

Smithfield Canyon Lodge - 8 Acres

For your safety, along with our normal cleaning we disinfect common surface areas. 100 MG high speed internet. Listen to the creek, watch the wildlife and only a mile from town. On the main floor ( one story up) there is one master bedroom.There are two loft bedrooms accessed by a shipman’s ladder that each sleep three and a stage area that sleeps two more. The home sleeps 10 and has AC. Kids play areas both inside and out. Eight acres to explore. Electricity is all solar. Winter accessible.

I have a lock-out studio apartment on the west side of the house with a separate entrance. There is NO SHARED SPACE and NO CONTACT. You have complete privacy. No special events allowed. The house opens to a large great room with large picture windows perfect for entertaining large groups but cozy enough for smaller families. Please be aware there is an attached apartment with tenants not part of the rental.
