This magnificent two-bedrooms apartament is inside of a renovated building where traditional architectural elements had been conserved such as exposed wooden beams on its high ceiling and "ostionera" stones, typical from old city of Cádiz. Upon entering the apartment, we have access to the spacious and bright living room, furnished with high-quality furniture and design elements, with a modern fully equipped open kitchen. Both sides of the living room we find the two independent bedrooms, both have completed en suite bathrooms with shower, double beds wich measures are 1.80 x 2.00 and integranted Tv. One of them also has a reading table. The whole apartament is exterior with four balconies facing General Luque street, which is few metres away from the most famous comercial streets in Cádiz, like San Francisco and Culumela and steps away from the main monuments and atractions of Cádiz historic centre. ** For monthly stays, water and electricity supplies will be included up to a maximum of € 100 per month. If the expenses are higher, the guest will have to pay the difference. The corresponding invoice will be sent by the accommodation to the guest to verify the expenses**. During your stay, the access to the property is limited exclusively to the number of individuals specified at the booking process. Consequently, entry to the property is strictly prohibited for persons not registered as guests. Failure to adhere to this rule will result in an additional charge amounting to 50% of the total cost of the stay as a penalty, or alternatively, immediate expulsion from the accommodation.

Hello, we are Sylvain and Neva and “Living Caleta Beach” is the symbolic name of our holiday apartment. We would like you to come and fill it with life while we are not using it. The Apartment is placed in the fourth and last floor of a building with just three other neighbors (no Elevator), nicely furnished in sea & sailing style. It has lateral views to the Ocean and to the Cathedral.

Casa del Gobernador de Cuba -XVIII century palace

XVIII century old palace in the medieval town of Jerez de la Frontera with more than 10.000 builded square feets. Builded by General Sánchez Mira, former Governor of Cuba when it was part of the Spanish Crown. It has 6 double bedrooms, each one with his own bathroom, four of them in suite, hall, two sitting rooms, dinning room, two different kitchens,main saloon, library, meeting room, court-yard with indoors swimming pool, garden, garage for 3/4 medium cars, etc.

Beautiful loft with all you need private

It is a separate space, a loft, private with key, in a historic old building, completely renovated. Exceptional location and lots of charm, the decor is Nordic style with fir wood floors, give warmth, comfort and create a cozy atmosphere, is the second floor, with ceilings of 5 meters high which is where the loft is located. I live on the same floor and share door to the floor but the loft is a space, independent and private key exclusively for guest use.

Cerca de la playa, 8 minutos andando. Zona llena de terrazas, la casa está en un sitio estratégico para no tener que coger apenas el coche. En los alrededores, a menos de 5 min. tienes interesantes Monumentos , Plazas e Iglesias y a 10 min la famosa playa de La Caleta. La casa tiene mucha luz natural y tranquilidad, ideal para el descanso. En la terraza puedes tener unas estupendas veladas!!!!

Spacious, modern apartments over 65 m², consisting of living-dining room with a large, comfortable sofa-bed, fully-equipped separate kitchen and 2 bedrooms. One bedroom with 1.80 m double bed and another with 1.35 m bed or bunk bed with two 90 cm beds. -Weekly cleaning is included in stays over 7 days. At the moment of check-out for shorter stays. An extra cleaning service is available upon request for an additional charge.
