This 2nd-floor apartment is situated in a newly refurbished 19th century house, which is located only 3 minutes either from the cathedral or from the central market. Everything in the historic centre of Cadiz is within a footwalk distance away from the apartment. The building is located in a pedestrian area and therefore quiet and peaceful. The bedrooms open to a patio of a 18th century convent and are even more quiet. From the roof-top you have a marvelous view over the atlantic ocean.

A large private patio creates a unique space within Cadiz's historic centre. It is our special retreat and we hope you love it as much as we do. Unsere 50m2 grosse lichtdurchflutete Wohnung mit herrlichem Blick über die Bucht und den Hafen von Cádiz liegt in einem Gebäude aus dem Jahre 1888. Der schachbrettartige Marmorboden und die Holzdeckenbalken verleihen der Wohnung einen besonderen Charme. Die zur Hausgemeinschaft gehörende Dachterrasse liegt nur wenige Treppenstufen über der Wohnung und kann von unseren Gästen jederzeit gerne genutzt werden.
