Surrounded by a garden, the house faces a large swimming pool in a quiet environment with views on the Sierra de Tramuntana. The city center of Soller is at a walking distance. The house enjoys a vast space that includes a modern kitchen entirely equipped, a dining room with a long table and a comfortable living room with a chimney. Up to 8 people can comfortably stays in the house which has 4 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms and a toilet. It is also very well equipped (A/C, heating,….).

La Villa Es Garrover esta ubicada en la falda de una montaña con vistas al mar. Es el punto ideal de salida para hacer senderismo. Hay una vía verde de unos 30 km que une los pueblos más cercanos. Ca'n Bou is a brand new house with 4 bedrooms with bathroom en suite, 200m2 of living space, 200m2 of terraces and 12x4m swimming pool. It is located in the center of the island, about 20 minutes from the beach. We have fused modern elements with charming traditional Mallorcan architecture, using local materials such as lime paint, wood and stone to ensure a sustainable approach. The result is a welcoming environment to immerse yourself in the rich culture of Mallorca.
