This two Villas are set in Pedra e Cupa , a residential area in Budoni far just 800 mt from city center and 200 mt from the beach , both reachable by feet .Property offer a private parking slot , a garden in front and on the backside and a double Patio : the first in front with dining area and the second on the back with relax area . A fully furnished kitchen is available on the living , completed by Tv and sofa . The offer of property is completed by a double bedroom ( one twin and 1 double ) and a bathroom with shower . Air conditioning , wi-fi connection and washing machine .

La mia casa sul mare, con accesso diretto e privato alla spiaggia di San Giovanni, è vicinissima al centro del paese, alla spiaggia centrale di Santa Maria, adue passi dal porto turistico. L'appartamento a disposizione degli ospiti si trova al piano terra ed è composto da un ampio soggiorno con angolo cottura e divano letto che si affaccia su una grande terrazza vista mare, una camera da letto matrimoniale con vista sul mare, una camera a due letti con vista sul giardino ed il bagno con doccia.

Olbia a 80 mt. dal mare

Passeggia a due minuti dalla casa con i piedi nell’acqua: spiagge e scogliere una dopo l’altra con vista incredibile sulle isole. Appartamento con vista mozzafiato sull’isola di Tavolara immerso nella natura e nella quiete. A 15 min da Olbia aeroporto e porto. Raggiungi a piedi spiagge libere e attrezzate e il porticciolo con bar e ristorante. (Non adatto a bimbi sotto i 5 anni).
