Das Haus befindet sich auf einem großen 800 qm Grundstück mit Pool und Parkplatz. Es bietet 3 Schlafzimmer, 2 Bäder (eins innen und eins im Außenbereich), große komplett ausgestattete Küche und ein Wohnzimmer mit TV-Flatscreen, schnellem W-LAN und Klimaanlagen in den Schlafzimmern und Wohnbereich. Draußen gibt es einen schönen Pool mit Liegen und Sonnenschutz, eine Außendusche sowie diverse Sitzecken (oben und unten) und eine große Grillecke. Zum Meer (Steilküste) sind es nur 300 m Luftlinie.

The L-shape of the house is rendered white and minimal finishes are used through the interior. Downstairs, the open plan design is connected by a terrace, giving the space an indoor-outdoor feel.
