Este apartamento se encuentra en el Paseo Marítimo con increíbles vistas al club náutico. Dispone de 2 habitaciones dobles y dos baños y una sala de estar con cocina integrada para hacer así una amplitud mayor. El apartamento está totalmente equipado y podemos destacar su decoración de estilo mediterráneo con un exquisito gusto, lo que hace que los huéspedes se sientan como en casa mientras disfrutan de sus vacaciones. There is an open planned kitchen with white units, and appliances including a fridge-freezer, a microwave, electric oven, dishwasher, electric hob with two rings and self catering kitchen utensils. There is a cosy living space with a sofa and table with chairs glass sliding doors opening into the lovely balcony over the beach road and with beautiful views right around the bay and the beach. Twin bedroom with fitted wardrobe, one full bathroom, wc , washbasin and bidet.

Ein Supermarkt und kleinere Geschäfte sind bequem fußläufig erreichbar. Du kannst auf ein Auto verzichten.

Siempre que viajamos vamos con muchísimas expectativas y al regresar, los recuerdos de las cosas bonitas son los que quedan. Cala Sant Vicenç, sin ser un sitio muy conocido, es un lugar mágico. Por sus calas con las mejores aguas de Mallorca, sus excelentes restaurantes y bares. Nuestro hogar, situado en un paraje único, con la ayuda de la piscina y de los recuerdos que se hayan podido llevar de la Cala puede ser que haga que ustedes repitan, tal vez en el 2023.

Cosy apartment in rural setting and close to town

The apartment is situated in the country side and ideal for 2 adults or for a small family with up to 2 small children. The pretty, old town of Alcudia, with plenty of bars, cafes and restaurants may be reached by foot in about 5 min. The next beach can be reached in 15 - 20 min by foot. During the winter months you can heat our cosy apartment with the cast iron oven. All the fire wood needed we provide free of charge.
