It features a semi-covered 30m² terrace, decorated in a bohemian and chic style, with an outdoor shower and stunning sea views. The studio includes a microwave, small fridge, Nespresso coffee machine, electric kettle, portable cooktop, and toaster (there is no washing machine). Access is via an elevator to the second floor, followed by stairs.

Importante : NO es un apartamento de alquiler continuado, es nuestra segunda residencia y nos gustaria que la cuidaras como si fuera tuya. Ideal para una pareja con hijos, o dos parejas. Cute ocean-front apartment with 1 double and 2 single bedrooms, which can be converted into doubles by extending the beds, so the apartment can host up to six people. There's also a portable baby travel bed if you are travelling with a baby or a toddler. All bedrooms are facing the interior so they are very quiet. For a relaxed beach holiday, the location doesn’t get any better than this. You step out of the house and the beach is literally right there.

Relax & Running ...

Apartamento tranquilo y muy luminoso con un gran balcón con vistas al mar. A 50 m. de la playa y a 100 m. de la estación de tren. Dispone de un salón comedor y una habitación totalmente equipados para relajarse delante del mar. Gran paseo marítimo de 15 km. para pasear, hacer running, ir en bicicleta, disfrutar de restaurantes... Solo para uno o dos viajeros adultos.
