A boat can be docked here, and you can fish right off the dock as well! You can call Chipola River Outfitters for all your tubing and kayaking needs. Just a few miles away is Marianna Caverns. Forty-five minutes from both: Panama City & Tallahassee, plus, near the Dothan, Alabama Peanut Festival, which is huge. They have an adequate dining area, or bring it home and relax.

We have a White Hawk RV on our ranch style property. It sits under a large awning, and is directly across from a fully equipped outdoor kitchen and outdoor bathroom with a large seating area. The RV has one private master suite, a shared full bathroom, and more pull outs in the living room, as well as a kitchen and dining area.
